I mean I get the power of social media in boosting (or ruining) your personal brand if you are a celebrity, politician, or consultant, but if you’re a small business with two or more employees, how do you use it to grow your business?

Think X Factor meets The Apprentice featuring three small business owners who have used social media channels but haven’t quite achieved the results they desire.
