    Thank you for your message. It’s great that you have signed up for UPS My Choice and are using the service features. I’d like to address your comment specifically related to delivery windows. At UPS, we want to ensure our customers (like you) have a positive package delivery experience. You are correct that “some” packages may not receive a specific delivery window, and UPS is providing our My Choice members with the best available delivery information at the time the alert is sent. We are constantly looking at ways to improve the service and appreciate your comment.

  3. I upgraded to the “My UPS Premium” and it still considers me as a regular customer.. why??!! Every time I log in into my account it bombards me with options to upgrade to the premium and I already upgraded.. Pretty poor customer service experience.. Wish I never had wasted $40 bucks.. Very disappointed..
